Chief of the Main Forensic Laboratory of the Ministry of Health Zayniddin Giyazov describes to Ambassador Richard Norland the types of analyses staff members perform with the help of equipment donated by the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The project is being implemented with the expertise of the U.S. Department of Justice International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP).
