Huygens probe's view from above Saturn's moon Titan

2005 - The Huygens probe, dropped by the Cassini spacecraft, descends by parachute and lands on Saturn’s moon Titan.

The Huygens probe allowed scientists to see the surface of another planet’s moon for the first time. This image provided by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is a flattened projection of the probe's view from 10 kilometers altitude over Titan. (© AP Images)
