Ambassador John and Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej unveil the new plaque to mark the creation of the U.S.-Thai Garden at Jatujak Park on March 20, 2008. On that day, local students assisted senior officials from the U.S. Embassy and Royal Thai Government in planting 175 trees in honor of 175 years of U.S.-Thai friendship.
