Royal Thai Air Force cadet Chakkrit Dhammawichai received a grant to study at the U.S. Air Force academy in Colorado between 1991 – 1994. He graduate with the best academic record in his class of over 1,000 students, and won “The best Air Force Cadet of the Year Award” for the 1993-1994 academic year.
