Dr. Colleen Getz, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Coalition Affairs (Acting), met with Under Secretary of State Stanislaw Komorowski and Chief of General Staff of the Polish Military General Franciszek Gagor on June 11. They discussed a variety of bilateral coalition issues, including Afghanistan and Iraq. Deputy Assistant Secretary Getz also met with U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe. She replaced Debra Cagan at the Department of Defense.
