LTC Ray Wojcik, Deputy ODC Chief, U.S. Embassy, hands Sergeant Major of the Army Mariusz Piwonski, the Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Guide on behalf of the Office of Defense Cooperation. Since instituting the position, SMA Piwonski is only the second Sergeant Major of the Army in Poland.
