On September 12-13, 2006, a third International Workshop: Psychological and Medical Issues in HIV/AIDS Prevention Within the Military: The Ways of Solution will be held under the leadership of the Chairman of International Military Medicine Committee, Head of Main Military Medical Directorate of the RF Ministry of Defence, Surgeon General of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, General Colonel Igor Bykov and with participation of the U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Daniel Russell and Defense Attaché BG Dan Eagle.
