At Tomsk State University (TSU), the Ambassodor highlighted TSU's recent conference celebrating the 200th Anniversary of U.S.-Russia Relations. During his October 26 visit, he met with Governor Viktor Kress and attended a roundtable on legal reform hosted by the Russian-American Rule of Law Consortium at TSU's Law Institute. The Ambassador also met with business and industry leaders and visited a local non-governmental organization that assists disabled children with U.S. government support.
