While in St. Petersburg, Ambassador Burns co-hosted a Jubilee Celebration of 200 years of U.S.-Russia Diplomatic Relations in the Winter Palace with State Hermitage Museum Director Mikhail Piotrovskiy. He also met with Governor Valentina Matviyenko, and took part in a conference at the St. Petersburg State University's School of Management.
