(Apr-20-2007) Ambassador William J. Burns travels to Tver Oblast and Dmitrov. While in Tver, Ambassador Burns met with Governor Dmitriy Zelenin and discussed Tver's regional economy, future development plans, American business investments in the Oblast, and ways to foster greater ties between the United States and the agricultural and industrial regions of central Russia.
