A group of students from the Santa Fe Indian Spoken Word team gave slam poetry performances in Riga and Jelgava. The group consists of four students – Nolan Black Eagle Eskeets, Santana Shorty, Clara Natonabah and Ariel Antone – and their teachers, writers Tim McLaughlin and Julie Sato. This is the team’s second visit to Latvia.
