The “Information Literacy Workshop for High School Librarians and Teachers” was organized by the Innovative Library Initiatives Promotion Group in cooperation with the Istanbul Directorate of the Ministry of Education, and hosted by Istanbul Bilgi University on January 8, 2008 at its Dolapdere Campus. Information Resource Officer Michael Huff has also contributed to the program by giving a presentation on the subject. The title of his presentation, which was highly appreciated by the attendees was "Information Literacy Projects in the United States: Public Schools, University Libraries, and the Government". The Workshop was held as a part of the ILIPG; Information Literacy Project.
