U.S. Ambassador Timothy J. Roemer with volunteers from the U.S. Embassy plants saplings at the Swaran Jayanti Park in memory of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks victims on September 25, 2009. The annual tree planting, sponsored by SWECHHA, is aimed at increasing Delhi's shrinking green cover and helping improve the environment in the capital city.
