Ambassador Roemer attended the premiere of Oscar-Award winning documentary Smile Pinki at the PVR Plaza, Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009. Upon arrival, he greets the film's director Megan Mylan (right) and Smile Train's Ashish Agarwal. The American movie, filmed in Varanasi, documents the work of U.S.-based NGO, Smile Train, which provides free cleft surgery for hundreds of thousands of children.
