Ambassador Roemer and Under Secretary for Political Affairs William Burns met with Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna in New Delhi October 15, 2009. Under Secretary Burns said that he had a very rich agenda for his two days in India covering a wide range of regional and global issues for U.S.-Indian partnership ranging from health and education, to civilian nuclear cooperation to defense, clean energy and climate change.
