The Director of USAID in Guatemala, Wayne Nilsestuen, the Vice-president of Guatemala, Rafael Espada, the Ambassador of the United States in Guatemala, James M. Derham, the Mayor of Santa Catarina Pinula, Antonio Coro and the Executive Director of Administration of USAID/Washington, Sean Mulvaney, at the moment for coming to the cut of the symbolic tape, leaving inaugurated a new building of USAID in Guatemala.
