Some 30 active-duty service members took the Oath of Allegiance and became the newest U.S. Citizens during a special overseas military naturalization ceremony at the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, on November 14 . U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Emilio Gonzalez presided during the ceremony. Consul General Jo Ellen Powell delivered remarks.
