Jakob Köllhofer, Director of the German-American Institute (GAI), welcomed Ambassador Timken and his wife, Baden-Württemberg Minister President Öttinger, Heidelberg Lord Mayor Weber, and Dr. Manfred Osten, former secretary-general of the Humboldt Foundation, among the guests of honor in a celebration of the GAI's 60th anniversary.
