1. Navigate to the page in which the asset is located from the left navigation. For example, navigate to the page on the left navigation in order to cut or copy that page or any article in that page.

2. From the asset toolbar select the Shortcut icon. This will copy the asset and place it in the clipboard.

3. Navigate to the section where you would like to paste the asset.

4. From the Floating Navigation select Clipboard and select the asset you copied as a shortcut. The asset will be placed wherever you are currently navigated. You will notice that there are 2 asset toolbars in the shortcut object. This allows you to edit the shortcut or edit the original asset
