Ambassador Janet Garvey presided over the dedication/naming of the Information Resource Center (IRC) on June 26, 2008. Ninety participants attended the ceremony, including former Ambassador Frances D. Cook, high-level Cameroon government officials, ambassadors of other diplomatic missions and heads of international organizations in Yaounde, as well as university lecturers, researchers, and high-level target audiences from various professions.
