Richard Arthur Schmidt was sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by supervised release for life in connection with his July 2004 guilty plea to one count of traveling to Cambodia to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and one count of traveling to Cambodia to engage in illicit sexual molestation of a minor.
