Michael John Koklich pleaded guilty to charges that he traveled to Cambodia to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and was sentenced to 64 months in prison. The conviction was the result of an arrest by Cambodian authorities in February 2006, followed by a multi-agency investigation involving the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
