Mr. Mom Chandara, Deputy Head of the National Institute of Public Health Laboratory, conducting training on rapid HIV testing and dried blood spot preparation for an HIV sentinel survey (HSS). Training was based on the CDC/WHO HIV Rapid Testing Training Package, from which many of the materials have been translated into the Khmer language. CDC Cambodia has supported two rounds of the HSS, which is conducted in 24 of Cambodia’s 26 provinces and municipalities.
