The Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Sofia, Ambassador John Ordway, participated in a ceremony on Tuesday, October 6th, for the opening of the largest wind farm in Bulgaria – the St. Nicholas Wind Park – near the town of Kavarna.
