Ambassador Ordway delivered today opening remarks at a round table discussion dedicated to the police reform in Bulgaria. The event was organized by the Center for the Study of Democracy and was held at Iztok Hall of the Bulgarian National Assembly building. Ambassador Ordway pledged the U.S. support for this “latest and most necessary round of reform” and said that “America stands ready to help” not just with technical assistance and training but also with operational cooperation that helps solve different crime related problems.
