Hurley is the Joint Task Force-East commander of U.S. forces in Bulgaria who observed RPG fire training for the U.S. Army Tennessee National Guard's 1-181st Field Artillery Battalion out of Chattanooga, Tenn., conducted by members of the Bulgarian Land Forces. JTF-E operations in Bulgaria and Romania provide the U.S. and its partners the opportunity to engage in and demonstrate the continuance of peaceful and friendly international relations through combined training. <br />
