JTF-East Commander Hosts Local Bulgarian Officials at Novo Selo TA
 
On July 30, 2009, COL Garry Russ, commanding officer of JTF-East hosted local Bulgarian mayors at Novo Selo TA to familiarize them with the upcoming rotational training of Bulgarian and U.S. troops. The mayors of local towns and villages as well as Sliven regional governor Hristina Cholakova also interacted with U.S and Bulgarian officers and soldiers and expressed their appreciation of JTF-East’s to act as a good neighbor and member of the Sliven and Yambol region’s communities. <br />
