Benjamin Franklin Fellows Descend on American University in Bulgaria for Reunion

More than 170 alumni from the Benjamin Franklin Trans-Atlantic Fellows Program traveled to Bulgaria for a four day reunion conference at the American University in Blagoevgrad.
