The U.S. Department of Justice has donated to the Government of Tanzania; investigative, training equipment and manuals worth $30,000. 50 officials including state attorneys from Zanzibar and mainland, Tanzania Immigration officials, National Police College officials, Criminal Investigation Division (CID) officers, and lawyers from the National Organisation for Legal Assistance (NOLA) attended four-day training on anti-trafficking in persons conducted at the Police Training College, Kurasini, Dar es Salaam by the U.S. Department of Justice.
