Last month, a dozen students from The Laurel School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, volunteered their time to support orphans at The Olevolos Project outside of Arusha . Over the past few years, Americans from the states of California, Michigan, and Ohio have raised more than $200,000 to purchase land, construct a nursery school and finance the educational needs of 15 orphans. These young volunteers build lasting relationships that bring the peoples of the United States of America and the peoples of the United Republic of Tanzania closer together.
